Incorrect or damaged orders
We are very excited about our mission to help free your night. However, sometimes mistakes happen. If you feel we messed up in some way, let us know about the details of the problem and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
If your ibumpi arrives damaged, send us pictures of both the box and the damage when contacting customer support at hi@ibumpi.com
Canceling orders
All orders are final, so please make sure your order is correct before pushing play. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
General Returns
Because of the physical nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns. This is for our customers’ health, safety, and peace of mind.
